Customer Photos & Artwork

Upload only files you are authorised to use. Avoid including unnecessary identity documents, passwords or financial information in artwork. Requests to use customer photographs in public promotion require separate permission.

Service Providers

The website operates on Webx. Order information may be processed through the platform and service providers needed to handle payment or delivery. Only information relevant to the service should be supplied to a courier or other fulfilment provider.

File Access & Retention Requests

Contact SPS if you need to correct your details or request deletion of uploaded artwork. Available deletion options may depend on platform capabilities, order records, operational needs and applicable requirements. No automatic deletion timeframe is promised.
