Printed and personalised orders are prepared after the required details, artwork approval and any required advance have been confirmed. Production time depends on the product, quantity, design work and current workload; the team confirms the expected schedule for your order.

Pickup arrangements and readiness must be confirmed with SPS. Our location is Opposite City Hospital, Ground Floor, Rabi Centre, Near Gourmet Bakers, Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab, Pakistan. Business hours: 9:00 AM–10:00 PM.

Delivery Availability & Charges

Delivery availability, courier options and charges depend on your destination, parcel size, packed weight and product handling requirements. Confirm delivery arrangements and the total charge before production or dispatch. No unconfirmed nationwide-delivery or free-shipping offer applies.

Fragile Photo Products

Glass frames and other fragile items need suitable packing and an appropriate delivery arrangement. Ask the team about available local delivery, pickup or courier options for your particular frame size before ordering. A delivery method must not be assumed to be suitable for every product.

Provide an accurate recipient name, reachable phone number, full address and city. Tell SPS promptly if any information needs correcting. Changes after dispatch may depend on the courier and may affect charges or timing.

Delivery Updates & Issues

Contact SPS with your order reference if you need an update. If a parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, retain the packaging and contact the team promptly with clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
